FromJoe2Pro - Fight Network
Is a factual television series that follows three amateur fighters prepare with the
assistance of professional trainers and individual mentors leading up to their first
professional MMA bout.
The Premise
Each fighter is teamed up with a mentor to develop their skills leading up to their
first professional MMA bout. Supervising the program is Kru Alin Halmagean,... ?
A fighter may work with a specific trainer or all the trainers. The trainers are
responsible (in conjunction with medical personnel retained by the show) for
designing comprehensive workout and nutrition plans and teaching them to the
fight teams. However, the fighters are individually responsible for implementing
the principles taught.
Episodes:
Kru will give them various challenges to complete during the
week. These challenges can be anything from working on powerful low kicks,
running longer and faster, or strength training. At the end of each week Kru
reviews each fighter and mentor team together. If Kru deems that the team has
completed his challenge they will have some sort of repercussion (ie. cleaning
the gym with a toothbrush).
The season finales feature our “Joes” fighting in their first MMA Pro fight. There
is no false reality in the octagon. Will all these weeks of intense training prepare
our fighters for the real deal?
